Princes Town is a five star resort near Axim in the Western region of Ghana. Located adjacent to a historic fort, the resort is a discreet insertion into a spectacular coastal site on the Gulf of New Guinea. Comprising a 159-room hotel, with a combination of suites, executive and standard rooms, the resort also includes twelve villas. In addition, there is a spa and retail accommodation. The design concept has been driven by the natural topography of the site, which is complemented by the environmentally sensitive resort. The project is designed to be highly sustainable, via the use of rainwater harvesting, bio-gas and solar shading.
